Inspecting, Estimating, and Selling Roofs to homeowners/businesses via insurance claims or retail.

I brokered commercial printing.

In this role, I assisted the owner with his accounts, broker accounts, and walk in/customer service accounts. Estimated and processed jobs for various print capabilities.

Inside sales/sales support in the automotive document management solutions market. Assisted 3-4 outside sales reps and their auto dealership customers at a time from an inbound call center. Each rep had a 1-2 million dollar territory in their respective state/area selling forms and supplies. Responsibilities included customer service, placing and tracking orders, estimating, and helping my handful of reps exceed their sales quotas.

Moved from plant production up to Plant Customer Service. In this roll I helped nationwide sales reps and external customers to place orders and track current orders in production or after shipment.

Started in this bindery position using an automated guillotine cutter to cut paper for jobs to be run on the press, and then cut down to individual forms after they were printed. Strict deadlines for getting work done. Team environment where all helped to get jobs boxed and on pallets before UPS/FedEx picked up each day.

I started ground floor doing Bindery, Delivery, and Maintenance. After 6 months I started running a small press. After a year, they moved me to their main facility where I ran a bigger press and took inventory of their paper warehouse.
