Main expertise areas of my professional profile:- Factory management, and continuous improvement of productive processes- Strategic management of purchasing departments- Development of technical projectsMy biggest achievement is to start my professional career in Schindler 19 years ago as a Quality Technician and 15 years later being the Plant Manager. This has been possible thanks to the people that trusted on me and thanks to the decisions taken in the correct moment and in the correct way.
