Current responsibilities:- Conducting various structural analysis related FEM calculations in NX nastran on sub-components and Whole Electrical machine level. Key fields: electromagnetics related vibration, rotordynamics, manoeuvre loads, thermal stress assessment, High Cycle Fatigue.- Evaluate findings and report it to management using PLM and ALM software ( Polarion and Teamcenter)- Supporting and own structural mechanics related measurements domestically and internationally- Support test equipment purchase: Software and hardware selection- Develop scripts to automate pre and post processing activities.- Supporting structural colleagues both domestically and internationally- Occasionally deputising structural team lead
