Direct Action Aid (DAA) was started immediately following the start of the war in Ukraine. Our first campaign supported Ukrainians effected by the war at home, including those internally displaced and refugees. We raised funds and bought and distributed food and sanitary items at border crossings and into the hardest hit areas in Ukraine. Ongoing efforts include local clothing collections and distributions to our brothers and sisters in Austin who are experiencing homelessness. Volunteer lead effort to deliver aid directly to those who need it most. 100% of donations go towards food, supplies, and other direct aid.
