Assigned to T-Mobile Anchor and Modernization Projects, oversee project staff and subcontractors through infrastructure design, procurement, build, and testing of Ericsson 5G, 4G and GSM cell sites.

Oklahoma

• Managed the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of Verizon's wireless and dark fiber networks across Oklahoma, including the Tulsa Mobile Switching Center/Evolved Packet Core, LTE and CDMA Switching Platforms, Juniper MX960 & Cisco CRS Routers, Comverse Voicemail, 5ESS Switch, Titan 5500 DCS, Fujitsu 9500, and building systems.• Lead, motivate and coach a team of 16 employees throughout Oklahoma, with a focus on fostering a positive work environment, while mentoring and developing team for career advancement. • Manage capital and expense budgets with a focus on savings, reducing costs year-over-year. • Responsible for Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery efforts for Verizon's network throughout Oklahoma.

Oklahoma & Kansas

• Responsible for managing the operation, maintenance and growth of Lucent TDMA and Ericsson GSM wireless networks, including 300+ cell sites, switching office and associated environmental systems.• Ensure proper maintenance and operation of switching systems (Ericsson BSC, Lucent 5ESS, Turin DCS, and various ancillary systems) and cell sites.

Oklahoma & Southwest Missouri

• Responsible for overall performance of Alcatel TDMA & Ericsson GSM wireless networks in Oklahoma and Missouri. • Duties included frequency planning, parameter optimization, feature implementation, drive testing, and trending of network data. • Mitigate interference issues by means of retunes, power adjustments, antenna mods and frequency coordination.

Oklahoma

• Responsible for the proper operation and maintenance of cell site equipment; BTS, microwave, multiplexers, tower lights and ancillary equipment. • Install, integrate and commission network hardware and interconnect facilities. • Analyze network coverage to ensure contiguous communication and network integrity.
