• Served as Data Privacy Officer for Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) and CP Kelco (CPK), coordinated Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program for CPK, and led Ethics Line management and Compliance training for all J.M. Huber. Led initiatives to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws, and to protect company Intellectual Property, employees, and assets. • Built a data privacy program consistent with GDPR, with DPIAs, data transfer agreements, and various guidelines and policies, saving $1M+ by opting not to outsource the implementation, and created a data governance framework which included quarterly Data Privacy Council meetings attended by CIO, CRO, HRIS, and Legal• Ensured the design and architecture of global HR system (SAP SuccessFactors) incorporated privacy by design fundamentals, and updated for Russian law, CCPA, Brazilian (LGPD) and other laws, while vetting third parties, including SaaS contract review and revision, and providing rules for handling personal and sensitive information• Created an Information Protection Initiative including new policies, processes, and document management strategies which protected trade secrets by establishing additional protocols and levels of access based on value of information and incorporated labeling and categorization requirements into existing workflows• Prepared and presented risk analyses for potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and other M&A activities, from background investigations on individuals and companies (FCPA screening) to country-level risk assessments, including a custom built co-efficient of risk to use when investing in geographies with higher inherent risks• Managed projects including reviewing and updating policies for Principles in Action, drafting cyber security and related new policies, providing over 50 travel safety reviews per year, participating on various Risk (Incident Response, including Covid-19) and Legal (Contract Management) project teams

• Budgeted, forecasted, and procured $35M in raw materials and energy and $25M spent in distribution, transportation, packaging, CapEx, MRO, contractors, and others through an indirect matrix of several purchasing and logistics personnel in Europe and China and three direct reports in the US, and served as business process owner for all Oracle ERP purchasing functions.• Achieved savings in 2012 including $1.6M in purchasing cost avoidance, $830K in purchasing price reductions, and $137K in logistics• Led one of four teams in Xavier University's Integrity of Supply Chain Initiative for pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers (involved until published in 2018)• Completed 2-week Six Sigma training through SBTI
