Since 1997 it has run holistic residential programmes to those who have shown an initial commitment to achieving a drug free existence - without the barrier of high cost. In that time the network has delivered a new start to the lives of over 500 participants and their families from all walks of life.Key Responsibilities • Focused on implementing strategic plan to include bringing in new resources, restructuring of corporate and clinical governance to align them with HSE guidelines. • Restructured the finance function, introduced new reporting, controls and procedures to improve operational efficiency.• Managed HR matters including hires, packages, induction, role responsibilities and staff reviews. • Engaged with key stakeholders to ensure a quality service to assist in the client’s road to recovery.

In my most recent role, I spearheaded seamless integration of six disparate business IT platforms into unified standalone system, consolidating all business reporting into cohesive set of management accounts. I was responsible for facilitating workshops across departments and aligning daily processes with board's vision for ERP system. I have demonstrated effective leadership by adhering to established timeframe for integration project and consistently delivering progress updates to board of directors through monthly reporting. Key Accomplishments: • Introduced new work methods to streamline organisation and proposed implementation. • Governed development and delivery of comprehensive customised training modules for entire staff, ensuring smooth transition to novel system's work methods. • Co-ordinated board-directed initiative to enhance operational efficiency, post-go-live, by providing proposed education to 120 personnel. • Achieved significant improvement in daily operations through integration and optimised utilisation of ERP system. • Formulated and implemented robust health and safety strategy across all six businesses, fostering secure work environment and mitigating potential risks. • Evaluated each department's processes and organised input workshops, resulting in streamlined alignment of departmental functions with desired functionality of ERP system. • Delivered oversight to renaming, pricing, and re-categorising over 60K product lines into 18K live products. • Introduced new and improved multi branch delivery despatch system. • Uncovered processing issues and potential risks to profitability of organisation in liaison with CFO and Company General Manager.

I was accountable for devising new health and safety regime, initiating state-of-the-art IT platform, and optimising daily business operations, whilst achieving streamlined processes conducive to growth without significant headcount increase. Key Accomplishments: • Acquired KCR Builders Providers post-2009 crash, implementing strategic decade-long growth and expansion strategy. • Led interactions with diverse range of stakeholders, including 15-member team, local residents, customers, suppliers, investors, accountants, marketing, and government departments. Effectively navigated and addressed the concerns of each group, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Secured financing for business and successfully opened a second branch, resulting in remarkable upswing in turnover threefold all whilst minimising need for substantial headcount expansion. • Enhanced overall profitability and sustainability, strategically positioning the business for long-term success, culminating in the sale of the business to Clondalkin Builders Providers in 2021.
