To date, I have spent 30+ years in the healthcare industry, including extensive experience of pharmaceutical sales and marketing, business development, investment fund management, strategic planning and evaluation, change management, due diligence, licensing and M&A. This experience was gained in senior executive positions in European and US mid-sized pharmaceutical companies, international service companies and a variety of European and US biotech companies.I was a founding manager (Geschäftsführer) of a $100M corporate investment fund and have experience of investment and financial transactions from the perspective of the investor and of the funded entity.
