I am a very active owner director of ICS Solutions. I manage all administration, accounting, logistics, call management, staffing requirements and sales, through to project management, completing emergency service calls, and sweeping the office floor!

Whilst with Getronics I was engaged to provide technical assistance to field engineers and to provide training and logistical support both by phone and onsite, specialising in ATM's and high speed cheque processing equipment.

Whilst with Unisys I was a customer service engineer servicing high end financial services customers, maintaining electromechanical processing equipment.
