Welding of house hand rails window grills and house gates

• I work as an Electrician and Installer of Electrical Duct in Ship. Designation of work mainly focus in the front of the ship and Cargo Holds and Pipes Space.• Mostly focus on Welding of Electrical Duct and Assembling of Electrical wire flow.• can also performed Electrical tapping of Switches, Circuit Breaker, lights and other facilities and materials used in the ship.

• Welding and assembling of product mostly used in parts of ship like pipes, vertical ladder, exhaust fan ect.• Reading of Drawing Plans and Assembling of product.• Also have basic knowledge in operating metal bending machine.

• Setting of materials to be assembled in Line work, also setting the materials to be weld by robot welding machine.• cleaning and inspection of defect on welding.• the product is battery case of forklift.

• Performed full welding of assembled parts of construction machineries like Backhoe and Dump Truck using Flux Cord arc Welding and Gas Metal Arc welding.• also have knowledge in repairs of poor weld such as blowholes undercut and overlapped weld.• also have knowledge in using gauging machine and grinding skills.• have license in operating ceiling crane within 5 tons below.
