Performs restoration of hotel rooms (move items out, change curtains, touch up paint and put things back together).Performs clean up task when construction has been completed on a room.Contacts correct service centers, when needed for a license contractor i.e. Plumbers, Electrocutions, HVAC, etc.Performs hotel maintenance and repair, such as door and hardware repair and installation, changes light bulbs, move room art, patch walls, etc.Performs minor plumbing jobs.Preforms minor electrical jobs.Preforms trash duties weekly.Preforms other duties assigned.

Learning to live life over at my age... After many years of service and many battles with an in-just system and feeling like it's all been an illusion try to save the small guy, well I am now looking at new options. Recognize and assess problem situations and respond as back-up to other staff during crisis situations, using verbal de-escalation and/or physical control techniques when necessary to restore order.Conduct routine and random security duties such as headcounts, room checks for cleanliness and contraband, pat and strip searches, building integrity checks, and collect urinalysis samples for testing.Support case management goals to encourage, motivate, coach, and redirect youth toward targeted behavior change.Maintain a written account of activities during the work shift and clearly document breaches of security, behavioral incidents, and youth behavior in various logs and in youth files.Monitor and initiate the completion of facility chores and housekeeping jobs within residential unit, and escort/supervise the movement of residents within the facility and in the community.Demonstrated understanding of adolescent development and juvenile rehabilitation practices and principles.Demonstrated competency in relating to clients from diverse backgrounds and cultural groups.
