    Peak Tor Training Ltd was incorporated in July 2019 to allow me to Work as a self-employed Instructor and Assessor for DofE Expeditions. In August 2020, with my wife Jessica very much at the helm, we bought and re-opened the Cromford Mill Cheese shop, which has thrived and continues to go from strength to strength. I also continue to do project work on a self employed basis, focussing on training solutions and am currently working on a two projects looking at increasing training capacity within Primary Care and helping a SEND College to set up and run their DofE Award Programme.
