Primary responsibilities include REQUIRES EXTENSIVE TRAVEL ON A WEEKLY BASIS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES INCLUDING SOME WEEKENDS, to install equipment in new and relocating locations, providing great customer service while installing, diagnosing and solving retail equipment failures within service level agreements at CVS locations in a service geography. This equipment includes POS (point of sale) registers, self checkout registers, thermal printers, laser printers, scanners, PCs, thin clients, phone systems, RF, networking, pharmacy, minute clinic and other related computer peripherals. This position involves driving/flying between CVS locations to service and install hardware, assisting other neighboring areas with workload, working normal day shift, on call for weekday evenings and rotating weekend and holiday coverage.

Manage and support LAN and WAN Network devices. Trouble shoot and repair hardware, applications, networks and malware prevention. Analyze and diagnose network problems for a variety of users. Recommend corrective solutions to be applied to network hardware or software. Perform preventative maintenance tasks. Data Entry and database organizer. Spreadsheets via Microsoft Excel or Google docs.

Customer Service, write repair tickets, watch repair, watch battery replacement, jewelry repair, online sales ( Run the ebay store), shipping, cleaning/maintenance and any sort of computer repair and support.

Project coordinating for Landfill construction projects and construction of landfill gas systems. Position entails to checking for problems, monitoring changes, issuing purchase orders, filing tax exemptions, and ensuring the schedule is followed and tracking the status of all tasks to assure the project's materials and deliverables will be ready on time and within the allotted budget

Data entry for orders via the Josten's catalogue for class rings, and graduation regalia. Would visit schools and size students for rings or help fill out order forms for them or their parents.

Answered and initiated calls to perspective customers, scheduled/booked events, and attended sales presentations. Generated mass mailings to colleges and universities for booking outdoor movies and events. Worked on team to setup and tear down indoor and outdoor events and displays.
