I have worked across both mature and emerging economies delivering digital transformation agendas by bringing together technology in the form of people, hardware and software and structuring these inputs to deliver the required outcomes. Global P&L experience managing revenue targets of $1BN and signings targets of over $1BN. These experiences have ranged from building a $50M Managed Services business in Russia, to turning around a struggling multi $100M business in South Korea as well as scaling a SaaS business from the ground up in North America leading the entire go to market inclusive of product development input and marketing tech stack deployment. Across all these environments, the guiding principle has always been the same, ‘what problem are we trying to solve’, whether we are trying to close a $1BN deal or a $1K deal. Passionate about developing and coaching people as well as establishing strong C-level and Board level relationships during and after a sale. My working life has seen me engage with clients from New York, London, Moscow, Johannesburg, Mumbai, Beijing, and Melbourne while living abroad and being based in Moscow, Singapore and Seoul for over ten years.
