This role was ultimately where I wanted to be due to the untapped potential within the branch and also the fact that it was the hub branch for the South West. I now have a team of 20 to manage over 2 branches (Exeter and Newton Abbot) as well as a fleet of 11 vans. This branch was a turnaround project which took a relentless approach to customer engagement.
