Since taking over Exeter branch the turnover has increased by over £1 Million per annum while transforming the branch from a loss maker to one of the most profitable branches in the network.Key success points:-Transformed branch from a grossly under performing branch to the best performing branch in the entire network.Won 'Branch of The Year' 2 years in a row (2012 & 2013).Generated nearly £200,000 worth of net profit per annum from a loss making position.Developed a telesales process that we began to roll out across the network of branches.
