I’m excited to serve as a Senior Technical Services Specialist at DCX Technical, where I integrate tools and services from our partner, Schneider Electric, with my extensive experience in uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). This role is a perfect fit for my background and passion for delivering exceptional technical solutions.With over 30 years in the field, I’ve been trained by some of the world's leading UPS manufacturers, including Eaton, APC, Schneider Electric, GE, and ABB. My expertise encompasses a wide range of systems, including Liebert, Vertiv, Mitsubishi, and more.In my previous role, I managed a talented UPS service team, ensuring service excellence for over 150 clients. I prioritized ongoing training in safety and UPS skills, providing mentorship and support through individual and group sessions. My leadership fostered a collaborative environment that focused on continuous improvement and high-quality service delivery.I have also acted as a Direct Project Manager for high-profile clients like Bell Canada, CBC, Johnson Controls, and D+H, where I ensured personalized service and rapid response times.My daily responsibilities include maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and repairs on various UPS models. I also conduct battery maintenance using Alber, Midtronics, and Fluke testers for sealed lead-acid batteries ranging from 7AH to 1000AH.I’m passionate about leveraging my technical expertise to help organizations maintain reliability and efficiency in their power systems.
