Lead analyst role in the rebrand of Ascentric to M&G Wealth. Primary deliverable in this was an inventory of all material containing brand information. Worked with various suppliers to ensure rebranding scope understood and delivered on timeLead analyst role in the implementation of FinoComp Microservies ChargeDef and Toro; integrating with the existing platform solution, Sonata, from Bravura. Role included the education to IT and Users of the capabilities of the two Microservices, and capturing requirements for change. Primary role was acting as a link between Canada Life and GBST, providers of Composer, which entailed educating Canada Life in Composer functionality and interpreting their business requirements into Composer configuration and functional change requirements for ISAs, Offshore Bonds and Annuities.Worked closely with Finance workstream to support Cash and Asset Reconciliations

Working as a Lead Business Analyst to understand functional gaps to support the migration of the Cofunds book of business to the Aegon Cofunds Platform. Responsible for writing requirements, reviewing designs, supporting testing and making simple database updates.Additional role was supporting the IT development team as they looked to develop ‘Aegon Platform 2.0’. This entailed looking at processes within Composer that were not working exactly as required and whether a solution had to be Composer based. This resulted in key a deliverable I had responsible for, which was a charge rate storage and calculation module for regular charges. This was developed by FinoComp and resulted in the ChargeDef and Toro applications.Looking at functional gaps to support the Nationwide migration.

Initially working as a Business Analyst to deliver small . medium enhancements to the Composer platform, following the Aegon purchase of NISL, to improve processing times on Composer.Subsequently worked on 18 month project to deliver a new product; Secure Retirement Income.Job involved performing a Gap Analysis against the Proposition Specification to clarify build scope and then working with the Product Owner to prioritise build. Responsible for writing requirement documents and reviewing and approving supplier design specifications. In addition, took responsibility for writing simple SQL updates to fix defects, rather than have GBST resource tied up to make the changes.Subsequently supported testing by triaging Composer defects. Also supported early sight testing in Sydney again.
