Facing new challenges in connecting points among swimming pools, products and users through technology and discovery !Some time ago, I got the chance with the FluidraConnect project to integrate and deploy new knowledge areas such as IP, legal frames, bussines opportunity analysis and modelling techniques as well as other methodologies as Design Thinking, Lean Start-up, Scrum. All of them under the goal of applying business based approaches to the R&D processes, change leading and customer discovery.Even before... during my factory-driven age, I was dealing with manufacturing and management where I integrated flexible manufacturing methods and the integration with R+D and QA teams including also deployment in several countries with different cultures.Looking back to the begining, I realize that I have been always fascinated and involved in multidisciplinary projects. In the early years in the field of the dyamic simulation of vehicles, multiaxial loads fatigue analysis, FEA, and experimental vibration and strain-based testing. So... what is next ?... wait and see.
