I moved to New Orleans in 2013 to rehab and restore blighted properties. From 2013 to 2016 I worked with a local team to convert a former church into the high-end wedding venue Felicity Church and the former Audubon Hotel on St. Charles Avenue into the upscale hostel The Quisby.

Armet Capital is active in real estate private equity investing and advisory. Founded in 2008 by industry veterans, the company initially focused on restructuring complex real estate loans that were in distress as a result of the unprecedented tumult in capital markets and the economy. In 2011, being among the first to recognize the positive changes in underlying hospitality market fundamentals, the company partnered with a major private equity fund to form a $400 million joint venture fund. The fund was deployed to acquire full service hotels in secondary markets across the country at significant discounts to replacement cost.

Morse, Williams, and Company is a private wealth manager that is now part of Evercore Partners. Responsibilities included managing records for all trades entered into by the firm in observance of SEC rules and regulations. Secured over $100,000 for client accounts by filing for class action lawsuit payouts by current and former portfolio companies.
