- Business Development – Working with the Sales team in the pursuance of sales opportunities and provision of pre-sales support in terms of client visits and project scoping in partnership with Enterprise, Data Center and Service Provider Networks Teams. - Solution definition – Match customer needs with solutions that contain the appropriate technologies. There is also the aspect of evolving the solution/s to meet changing business needs. - Architecture and design – coming up with technical designs on various technologies to meet customer needs. - Undertaking Client consultations and advisory sessions. - Responsible for supervision of successful project implementation in conjunction with Team Leaders through: o Supervision of projects and proposal status to completion. o Ensuring team roles and tasks in individual projects are well defined.

-IFMIS ICT Implementation and Rollout Strategy, Project Management-Design and Implementation of the IFMIS Project ICT Infrastructure including Data Centers, Local Area Networks, Metropolitan Area Networks and Wide area Networks-Design and Implementation of the IFMIS Microsoft Windows and Messaging Infrastructure -Design and Deployment of IFMIS project Unified Communication using Cisco IP Telephony Voice technology-Deployment of Network Security Solutions including application, content and endpoint security-Deployment of Network Management and Monitoring Solutions -Documentation of all IFMS ICT infrastructure-Knowledge transfer Training of the Government of the Republic of Zambia Core Network and Network Support engineers

-Afsat Corporate Core Network Design and Maintenance-Afsat ISP services Core network Design and Maintenance-Installation and Maintenance of the Communication Networks including VSATs and wired networks-Afsat ISP Services Network Management-Provision of Integrated solutions to clients-Provision of Application interface solutions of clients-Customer Network Design and Link Budgets

-Research and Development aimed at developing new products and improve the network infrastructure, -Network Design and Deployment taking into account the network’s future needs and coming up with the right structure logically and physically -Capacity planning to ensure that the network has always the right capacity to cater for growth-Documentation of all Network infrastructure areas including site surveys, designed, implementation and inventory
