Overall Management of avocado oil processing.Responsible for developing and controlling company budgets and ensuring that targets are met, run an effective preemptive maintenance system to preserve the integrity of the factory and ensure proper functions of all machinery and equipment.Implementation of company policies, principles, standards of health and safety practices.Optimize fruit performance, minimize losses and maintain cool chain inventory, ensure ideal parameters & quality of oil.Provide sound leadership and management to ensure quality product output, accuracy and consistency in all processes and documentation.Ensuring industry quality assurance standards & compliance meet local and export customers’ specifications.Measuring effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally and find ways to improve processes associated with production lineEnsuring temperature, transport regulations, documentation, certification and other regulatory requirements are met.

• Design Finance related processes and supervise the implementation.• Recommend, prepare, implement and monitor policies and procedures to support appropriate internal controls.• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.• Coach, manage and supervise a team of accounting personnel.• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning cost-overruns. • Responsible for timely monthly financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission to Directors.• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations team in analyzing margins, variances and cost.• Perform cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls payment schedule from clients and payment schedule to vendors.• Liaise with external auditors and ensure timely audited reports are produced.• Maintain and record fixed asset register acquisitions, disposal and depreciation• Handle Tax matters as well as compliance audit.• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.• Manage company’s account.• Oversee full spectrum of financial and cost accounting including. Accounts receivables, Accounts payables, General Ledger, forecasting, budgeting & analysis.

Cost Control and validation including KPA, Shipping lines, Customs and Transport chargesComputation and payment of statutory deduction; VAT, withholding tax and PAYE.Updating and maintaining the asset register Ensuring that all the vendors invoices due for payment are settled on time.
