    Subsurface and Wells Information Management Project – OneDoco Project team built a modern document management solution that enables Subsurface and Wells business users to manage their documents in a simpler & more effective manner. The end users can now simply upload their key documents via PowerApps along with retrieving them easily using a Power BI interface. o The solution was developed using SCRUM/Agile methodology & has used standard building blocks within BP IT Platforms. The solution is a repository where users are able to publish final versions of presentations, reports and controlled documents with the ability to classify documents with the correct security level and apply retention schedules.o The solution is underpinned by Azure & SharePoint using O365 (PowerApps, Flow, PowerBI, Teams and Forms) and is a replacement for the existing regionally deployed instance of the Atlas system (SharePoint OnPrem). The OneDoc system will also replace some locally managed file share-based solutions.o OneDoc has provided a standardised set of workflows associated with the management of Key Documents (1.5 million in total) spread across a number of site collections and document repositories. It provides an enhanced interface for browsing and reporting which is driven by metadata extracted from SharePoint document libraries and surfaced via PowerBI.Responsibilitieso Lead, designed and delivered the project by managing the below workstreams.
