Next to my responsibilities as graphic designer / product developer, I was also tasked with:• Managing the commercial back office team, the online shop / web specialist and the project manager (6 colleagues in total)• Management, maintenance and optimalisations of systems and connectors• Management of certificate administration (i.a. creating Declarations of Compliance)• Management of bar codes and communication to suppliers and warehouse• Internal knowledge centre with regards to products (incl. / excl. standard range), suppliers, market developments, regulations as well as questions regarding End of Life (EOL) options - correct and most sustainable waste management / recycling options• Back up for the Purchasing department

• Customer service; answering phone calls and e-mails• Processing incoming orders• Creating and following up quotations and orders• Administration as well as debitor management in online accounting system • Communication with warehouse concerning order processing• Stock control and contact with suppliers
