As an external consultant from Bridgemaker, I support the development of Maritime Ventures, a Venture Builder focused on Nautical and Port Logistics. In partnership with Cariplo Factory, the goal is to launch 10 innovative startups over the next 3 years, driving the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the maritime industry. With the backing of key industrial and financial partners like —such as CDP Venture Capital SGR, FINCANTIERI, PSA Italy, Intesa Sanpaolo, Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, and Friulia—, Maritime Ventures aims to create lasting impact and foster innovation in this crucial sector.

Impacton decentralizes and accelerates the global reach of impact projects.We use technology to analyze existing impact projects and turn them into actionable toolkits, to be adapted and used in other locations. This reduces the overhead, costs and risks for the original organisations, while enabling individuals and communities around the world to learn, validate build upon proven models.We work with social enterprises, NGOs and non-profits with proven models ready to expand, and with foundations, corporations and institutions interested in support the growth of proven models while empowering the next generation of impact leaders.

- Supported the department through topic-related research and the preparation of information about recycling- Created sustainability newsletters for marketing purposes, as well as a corporate responsibility training document for employees - Updated the company's code of conduct by comparing it to international ethical standards and converted energy consumption data into key figures using the SOFI software
