Multilingual Civil Engineer with more than eight years of experience in construction, design and material-testing on highway transportation projects. He worked preparing, implementing and monitoring highway projects in the US.Currently working in the PM/CM division of AECOM as an owner’s representative for the City of Honolulu Deparment of Design and Construction. He is responsible for overseeing the contractors during City's street resurfacing construction processes (i.e., preconstruction, construction and close out) from NTP to project transfer to Department of Facilities Maintanance while ensuring that the projects complete within budget and on schedule. The total current construction value is approximately $60 Million.In the past, he was also involved in the interchange reconstruction of I-270 and Illinois Route 3 in Granite City, Madison County. Other project experience includes preparation of Bridge Inspection Reports for the reconstruction of 9 miles section I-57 in Marion County, Illinois, and resurfacing and bridge reconstruction of Illinois Route 143 in Edwarsvillie, Illinois. All this during his time serving the public at the Illinois Department of Transportation
