Electromechanical EngineerIn my role as an Electromechanical Engineer, I specialized in the maintenance of automated machinery with a particular focus on PLC systems. My experience included both corrective and preventive maintenance, involving the verification of lubrication systems, calibration, and the replacement of parts. I also worked with Konecranes overhead cranes, performing cable replacements and electrical installations, while also leading teams assigned on a shift basis.In my position at a metal manufacturing company, I was responsible for the maintenance of various equipment, including: • CNC Machines • Welding Machines • Overhead Cranes (10 to 30 tons) • Electrical Panels • Electrical InstallationsA key area of my work was preventive maintenance for CNC cutting machines of the FICEP brand. This included servicing servomotors, electric motors, gears, chains, and checking hoses, pressures, and lubrication systems. Additionally, I carried out repairs on welding machines, which involved soldering main boards and replacing components.My notable work included maintenance on overhead cranes, often involving tasks at heights, where I focused on identifying and resolving electrical faults in wiring and panels. I also worked with equipment used to transport metal panels, which were fitted with PLC systems, sensors, and actuators, ensuring their efficient and safe operation.
