In this position, I presided over the Cisco Mall Manager (CUCM & UCCX) telephony systems which was also comprised of voice messaging, call processing, video, and IP phones. It was also my responsibility to oversee daily administration and technical troubleshooting for Active Directory. In addition, I configured and tested MS Office Suite, Outlook, workstation connectivity, LAN & WAN, intranet, and internet SaaS applications.
