I have over 25 years experience in marketing and media sales during which I ran sales/telesales teams of up to 100 personnel. During this period of time I headed a project looking to improve communication of health and wellbeing messages in prisons. Over a four year period I visited most prisons in the UK engaging with NHS offender health and prison Governors.During lockdown I realised retirement was not an option for me at this moment in time.I feel with my experience in sales and marketing and communications I still have a great deal to offer, and am working as a sales and marketing consultant with Guest Services Worldwide. I am currently working on a project involving improving communications in prison visitor centres in the Northeast and Northwest of England. Working alongside both NEPACS and POPS the organisations responsible for running the centres installing a series of digital information screens providing real time visual content relevant and important to families and friends visiting their loved ones within the prison.
