Currently head of Business Analysis in the Environment Agency, with over 20 years' experience with the Environment Agency working both in the field regulating industry and protecting the environment, and in a number of management and business improvement roles. Accredited and experienced in Business Analysis and Project and Programme Management, and as Service Owner I have delivered a number of new Government Digital Services to help improve and protect the environment. I have a voluntary role as Tactical Incident Manager (a.k.a Area Base Controller) leading the response to environmental and flood incidents. I am currently working towards Advanced International Diploma in Business Analysis and professional membership of the ICIPS (Institute of Continuous Improvement in the Public Sector).
