Technical/Functional support for agents on Microsoft products and various booking/telephony platforms.-Installing software and troubleshooting technical issues.-Troubleshooting Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues caused either by the networking hardware or clienthardware, gathering network diagnostics data and providing it to the ISP for further investigations.-Assisting users with configuring and troubleshooting peripherals (headsets, network and printers).-Periodically checking monitoring platforms for providing in-time support regarding incidents not yetreported by users and escalating it to external vendors/providers.-Troubleshooting e-mail related issues - releasing erroneously held e-mails, blocking malicious domains or e-mail addresses in Mimecast.-Sending communications to business employees about current/future/unplanned maintenances/downtime and periodically posting updates regarding their status.-Assigning/removing software licenses for all users, updating exchange online settings for users, sharedmailboxes and distribution lists in Office365.-Creating/Modifying groups or accounts in Active Directory/Exchange and other platforms.-Troubleshooting incompatibility issues caused by software or hardware, guiding home workers in setting up their machine.-Providing first line support over the phone.
