Key Responsibilities:Manage designated human resource activities including talent management, recruitment & selection, training & development, and culture building across 36 units.Develop, implement and manage people strategies with key stakeholders (Area Coaches, HRD Manager, Market Manager). Key Responsibilities:Assess 140 Restaurants across equity and franchise networks in KFC and Pizza Hut, against operations criteria, providing coaching and support to achieve highest possible standards.
