Durres Port Authority (DPA) is the management body of Durres Port facilities which operates on sea port services. For the last 12 years DPA procurement budget exceeded 200 million USD on projects like building ques, ferry terminal reconstruction, paving roads, infrastructure maintenance, new IT network, port security ISPS system, purchasing new Mobile Harbor Crane, new container reach-stakes, forklifts etc. Throughout procurement process, DPA established a vendor network with partners like: Hamburg Port Consulting, Siemens, Fantuzzi Reggiane, Terex, Liebeherr, Gottwald,Kaalmar, Vokslkswagen Group, MANN, Deloitte Touche, KPMG etc. During this period I have contributed with:- Budgeting and drafting procurement plan - Procurement Management Planning - Conducting and Controlling Procurement Process - Uploading all objects of purchasing with their respective specification on a E-Procurement platform for public procurement. - Preparing and issuing the purchase order, announcing contract notification, publishing the prepared tender document with bill of quotation, timing the quotation process, coordinating and providing legal and technical assistance to evaluation bid committee throughout evaluation phase, filing any compliance addressed toward evaluation process, drafting procurement contract with bid winner company, - Coordinating and advising the monitoring committee to ensure the proper supervising of contract implementation.
