Leading a team of over 250 people, to deliver the highest standards in retail travel and to ensure that ARI, Ireland provides the highest level of customer service in line with core values and maximises a return to the business. Key Achievements:• 2019 Budget figure achieved. +2% on budget and +9% on last year KPI’s. • Developed, led and successfully delivered the new manager in training programme which empowers a new generation of future managers.• Led an in-depth airport review of retail restoring through a Change Management process at both Dublin and Cork Airports. • Developed a high-performance retail culture which enables the achievement of ARI Irelands strategy and targets. • Oversight of all aspects of ARI targets in particular – On Shelf Availability, Mystery Shop programme, cash loss, stock shrinkage and 5s audits.• Introduction of our strategic retail Shift Excellence programme by utilising a real time sales and coaching approach to empower our team and achieve daily sales targets. • Represented ARI within daa stakeholder management on health & safety, crisis management and best practice in communication.• Operational lead on the new eCommerce platform.• Introduced new ‘China Ready’ team, specifically targeting new Chinese profile passengers.• Led the introduction of ten new core brands in Terminal 1 targeting Chinese profile passengers. • Work cross functionally to ensure the key operational activity is fully coordinated between retail / warehouse, purchasing and HR.• Manage all core elements of our visual display and marketing campaigns.• Manage all back of house sales support logistics functions.• Work cross functionally with key daa stakeholders and Mandate Trade Union representatives.

CTC Cyprus are a key part of ARI Middle East business. The business is made of two international airports on the island where I led a group of 600 team members during the peak summer schedule. Managing a diverse range of categories within a 24-hour business with overall responsibility of the Retail Operational team, Marketing, Merchandising and all Social Media campaigns. A key part in my role was acting as key stakeholder to HERMES management. Key Achievements:• Achieved financial KPI’s in 2015.• Implemented a new Performance Management programme across two airports resulting in increased efficiency and reaching key sales targets. • Restructured the operations department, introducing new flexible working practices built around new rosters and a coaching culture.• Led the implementation of major marketing campaigns and social media campaigns.• Introduced the company Core Values guidelines. • Maintained key ARI operation targets on OSA, 5’s, stock loss, absence management and mystery shop programmes.• Managed the Shift Excellence and Better Selling Programs rollout throughout Larnaca and Paphos Airports.• Introduction of cross functional Perfume and Cosmetic Counter managers meeting, with key stakeholders and weekly HERMES stakeholder meetings. • Worked cross functionally to ensure the key operational activity was fully coordinated between retail / warehouse, purchasing and HR.

Key Achievements:• Operational lead in the redevelopment of T1X in 2009, with key milestones achieved within scope and budget. • Launched Shop and Collect in 2009.• Launched the Loop concept in 2009.• Led the redevelopment of Terminal 1’s retail units in 2010. • Executed a restructure of all Terminal 1 rosters and resources in 2010.• Operational lead of the opening of Terminal 2 in 2010. • Introduced the first Manager in Training programme in 2010.• Launched new Cross Border Protection Retail unit in 2011. • Implemented the first Travel Retail Christmas Market Landside.• Managed the retail operation in both Terminal 1 & 2 in 2011 and 2012.• Operational lead of the opening of new retail area in T1, 2015.
