Program included relocating Runway 10R-28L 702 feet, constructing a south parallel taxiway, installation of ILS's to CAT II standards, reconfiguring the Airport Golf Course, construction of a storm water detention facility on Turkey Run, demolition of buildings/private homes, removal of runway approach obstructions, and converting old Runway 10R-28L into a taxiway. Program was executed on schedule and within budget. 2013-2016 - Manage and administer the design and construction of the Port Columbus Runway 10L-28R Rehabilitation & Shoulder Improvements. Project included full-depth asphalt repairs; 4 inch asphalt mill and replacement; new airfield lighting cables; new LED HIRL's, LED taxiway lights, and LED guidance signs; construction of new asphalt runway shoulders, and relocation of taxiway connectors to meet FAA design criteria. Construction was executed on schedule and within budget.

Design effort was executed on schedule and within budget. 2003-2010 - Supervise the management and administration of projects at Rickenbacker International Airport including: Railroad Inter Model Facility, design and construction of Rickenbacker Parkway, Global Logistics Park design and construction support, renovation of Hangar 1001, construction of Air Cargo Terminal #4, and Rehabilitation of Runway 5R-23L.

This included replacing all pavement around the Terminal apron and construction of a Glycol Collection System. The work took place at all the airline gate positions around the Terminal and on the Remain Overnight aircraft parking area. Additionally two, five million gallon aboveground storage tanks were installed. Project was executed on schedule and within budget. 2001 - Assumed management of the Authority's Pavement Management Program (PMP). The PMP was originally established in 1997. Transitioned the PMP from a proprietary software to the non-proprietary software MicroPAVER in order to provide for competition for future PMP updates. 2002 - Perform technical/engineering duties to assure a smooth and efficient merger with Rickenbacker Port Authority, absorbing Rickenbacker International Airport into the Columbus Airport Authority.
