Project included full-depth asphalt repairs; 4 inch asphalt mill and replacement; new airfield lighting cables; new LED HIRL's, LED taxiway lights, and LED guidance signs; construction of new asphalt runway shoulders, and relocation of taxiway connectors to meet FAA design criteria.
