32 years as an Executive level senior advisor. I have vast knowledge in change management and creating cultures. I have continually pushed myself and my education, with an undergraduate degree in Organizational Leadership, followed by Masters Degree in Strategic Leadership. I am now looking to give back to the community. My passion revolved around teaching others about leadership and management. As a person who very much believes in higher education, to really invest in your people and organization you need direction, advice, and recommendations specifically dealing with current situations. I have the experience to help other apply skills and transform culture. If someone were speaking to you, would you rather have someone with a Masters Degree with little time in the workplace, who can only quote the manual? Or would you prefer to have someone who has many decades of experience in leadership/management and is explaining the way to lead people based on successful outcomes-based and lessons learned?
