Oversaw the full scope of the company's operations, including content creation, marketing, operations and sales, growing from a single radio station to one of the state's largest multi-platform media companies with three business units. Expanded from traditional radio into digital media, creating a robust digital presence through a strategic acquisition.

Joined as CFO and was ultimately promoted to CEO. Raised over $45 million from VC firms, then successfully managed an IPO with Goldman Sachs, raising over $75 million.  Steered a dramatic turnaround by reducing marketing spend by 70%, headcount by 50%, and products by 40%, achieving profitability at a time when there were widespread failures among B2C.

As Director of Corporate Strategy, I worked closely with senior management on Compaq's go-to-market strategy (direct vs. indirect channel management). As Director of North America Sales Operations, I successfully integrated two significant acquisitions, reducing the total costs of the go-forward combination by 22% while creating and affirming account.
