Project: Modifications/Additions Falconjet 2000, 7000, 900 Position: Structural Designer Engineer / Liaison / MRO Work Details: Interior and structural mods to all Falconjet models. Modifications of mechanical/electrical equipment. Re-locating equipment per customer’s request. Mods from entryway to rear engines. Interior galleys, toilets flooring, sidewalls, seats, bulkheads, divans, monitors etc. Stressing of support brackets. Liaison: representing engineering at daily meetings on status of damage and mods. Worked extra hours to ensure repaired a/c met their RTS dates. Each aircraft requires taking dimensions, freehand sketches & photographs for customers work orders. Overtime and shift worked when required. Team work was necessary to ensure meeting deliverables for customer’s rapid turn-around requests. All work carried out on Catia V5 and Autocad.

Liaison Engineer Boeing 787-9 & 787-10 Galleys Position: Liaison Engr. Work Details: Liaison Engineering for Boeing/Etihad galleys. Work involved attending daily meetings with Production, Manufacturing, Planning, Tooling, Purchasing and Quality to discuss any issues that the engineering department could help resolve. Use of Catia V5 modeling, hand calcs and drafting to come up with alternate design if required. Creating and signing off Rejection Tags, Engineering Change Requests and Notice of Changes for Boeing review and approval. Avionics upgrades, monitors. Assisting Project Engineer with requesting estimates, correspondence and discussing requirements for Prototype for new galleys. Avionics upgrades. Lead Liason engineer to create custom design for new 787-10 galleys. Mar 2016- Sept 2016 TEMPUS JETS － Williamsburg, Va. Project: NASA Modifications/Flight Test, Gulfstream G-IV Position: Senior Designer, Liaison Work Details: Engineering modifications to Gulfstream G-IV for NASA project.to accommodate equipment in base of fuselage. Modifications/rework include cutting through the fuselage lower skin at Sta. 193.0, and re-inforcing frames, adding intercostals, adding external skin doubler and designing new support structure Worked closely with the installation group creating sketches for manufacturing components for urgent work required. Supports for control equipment. Mods. for post-flight. Created manual stress calcs. to approximate member and fastener sizing.

Project: Gulfstream Executive Jets G-VI Position: Sr Designer Work Details: Eng revs (ECR’s) to wing components for all G'stream models in Catia V5, MBD, GD&T Pre-CRB prep. and meetings. Eng work is closely related with MRB dept. All forms of revs to parts materials, finishes fasteners etc. caused by eng. manufacturing and assy errors. All eng. mods in acc. with planning and manufacturing departments. Full procedural documentation. New design of parts for FAA approval. All in accor with Catia V5 and SmartTeam data management system. Interiors: All forms of interiors for G650 model jets. Most A/C were custom modified per the client’s request. Work involved Catia and AutoCAD models and drawings to modify and re-locate galleys, credenzas, bulkheads, coving panels, seats, flooring & thresholds, Gasper oxygen systems, lavatories, crew’s quarters, safety equip, partition doors, vanities etc.

Work Details: 1) Creating new skin-panel models and drawings for Vertical Fin. 2) Preparing Rear-Spar Web, Center-Section, Horizontal Stabilizer, structures for initial release. Project included liaison with Controls and Electrical departments to ensure adequate support of bracketry, control and actuator equipment. V5 solid modeling and installation drawings. 3) Conceptual and final modeling and install drawings in Catia V5 forSide of Body and Wing to Body join.Responsibilities included new proposed design to handle 30% increased wing and jack loading over previous 747-4Use of reviewing Catia V4 , manual drawings and floor discussions to ensure maximum usage of existing design concepts where possible. New design was created with close and continuous consultation with the stress department. Assisted with meetings of associated departments to propose new design. 4) Design work for wing-to-body, spar-web and vertical fin panel components Created new V5 models and install drawings as well as assisting with checking the same.All Catia V5 models were made with relational design and used Catia LCA data management system. 5) Systems work. Type A and Type B bracketry for service ducting. Project: Boeing 737-NG/MAX Work Details: Re-modeling entire wing box ribs, per shop request, for ease of final wing skin-to-rib installation. Re-design called for reversal of rib stiffeners and rib-flange extension for drilling access and modified stress loading. Modifications to drawings. Concessionary work for rib brackets and stiffeners. New design to be incorporated on the 737-MAX. Creating new work statements and marked-up drawings for drafting dept.

Work Details: Conceptual and production design of frames, stringers, longerons brackets and other structures for G-VI using CATIA V5. Additionally, new layout and design for bird-strike structure. Creation of new drawings after approval. Sustaining work modifying models and drawings in Catia V4 for G-IV and G-V. Modifying manual drawings when necessary.
