V5 solid modeling and installation drawings. 3) Conceptual and final modeling and install drawings in Catia V5 forSide of Body and Wing to Body join.Responsibilities included new proposed design to handle 30% increased wing and jack loading over previous 747-4Use of reviewing Catia V4 , manual drawings and floor discussions to ensure maximum usage of existing design concepts where possible. New design was created with close and continuous consultation with the stress department. Assisted with meetings of associated departments to propose new design. 4) Design work for wing-to-body, spar-web and vertical fin panel components Created new V5 models and install drawings as well as assisting with checking the same.All Catia V5 models were made with relational design and used Catia LCA data management system. 5) Systems work. Type A and Type B bracketry for service ducting. Project: Boeing 737-NG/MAX Work Details: Re-modeling entire wing box ribs, per shop request, for ease of final wing skin-to-rib installation. Re-design called for reversal of rib stiffeners and rib-flange extension for drilling access and modified stress loading. Modifications to drawings.
