My position functions as a main contact point for the producers selling Allianz Life product and the clients that invest using Allianz Life products. I represent Allianz in the fixed contact center. I practice customer service at every interaction point and provide all information regarding the services the producers and clients use. I represent the Allianz brand and I represent the business practices of Allianz.

Rels is an appraisal management company that works with banks across the United States to place appraisal orders for home loans. Wells Fargo makes up approximately 80% of our business. My day to day tasks include receiving new appraisal orders from across the United States and placing them with a local appraiser for their area, working unique placement reports and general customer service both via email and on the phone. Customer service is a top priority. I often handle escalated issues and orders regarding our client Wells Fargo in order to better meet their expectations and provide superior cusomer service beyond what is typical. We use an online Sharepoint site, most Microsoft Office programs including outlook and excel, large online databases, a computer based phone system and a web management system for all orders.
