With over 13 years of work experience, I am a certified public accountant and a public administration expert who is passionate about serving the community and improving the quality of life for residents. As the Township Manager of Nether Providence Township, I oversee the administration, budget, contracts, and services of the township, and work closely with the elected commissioners, municipal departments, and the public. I am motivated by the mission and vision of the township, and I strive to bring transparency, accountability, and innovation to the local government. I also value diversity, inclusion, and collaboration, and I seek to leverage my diverse perspectives and experiences as an adjunct professor at Villanova University and a former treasurer of The Starfish Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides scholarships to underprivileged students.In my current role as the Township Manager, I am responsible for the proper and efficient administration of the affairs of the township, which has a population of over 14,500 and a budget of over $12 million. I supervise and manage the activities of all municipal departments, including 35 full-time employees, and ensure that they deliver high-quality services to the residents. I also lead the annual budget process, oversee all contracts and agreements of the township, support residents in service requests, and handle various personnel issues. Additionally, I perform various projects and research at the discretion of the Board of Commissioners.
