Estimated federal, state, and private small to large projects for scopes of work including: Steel Stud Framing, GWB, ACT, Painting, and Wall Coverings.Organized and added RFIs/Addenda to drawings for the $100 million Eisenhower High School Project in order for our team to complete the work efficiently with as few mistakes as possible.Wrote purchase orders, conducted quality control assessments, observed and improved labor rates, organized materials, and quantified materials for a successful Eisenhower High School Project.Communicated with material suppliers and general contractors to create a smooth construction process.Involved with project managing construction projects from start to finish and under budget.Learned the general contractor and subcontractor relationship from a subcontractors point of view.

Contacted and coordinated with radio stations, newspapers, and television stations to build publicity for Build America and spread awareness about its drive to help people with disabilities.Participated as a team leader to build structures for people with disabilities at various summer camps along the east coast. Trained at Pi Kappa Phi headquarters for leadership and crew responsibilities in regards to Build America.
