Reviewed RFPs and prepared WBSs to decompose the scope of work relating to transportation and procurement. Worked closely with Estimator and Project Controls to coordinate flow of scope, schedule and cost within the WBS, Schedule and Estimate during project execution and planning. Responsibilities include cost/resource control performance, update actual progress and forecast remaining work schedules and coordinating Q/C and assurance for equipment and material procured CONUS.

As Office Engineer, prepared and reviewed submittals for delivery orders for prime contractors and owners. Responsible for tracking, recording and answering stakeholder RFIs and tracking and recording cost change proposal requests. Executed MTOs and made procurement of project materials like concrete, resteel and slab prep. Provided assistance as a civil, structural and architectural estimator in Change Order process. Performed assignments requiring knowledge and application of engineering principles. Worked with project manager and provided work direction to others at site in Spanish and/or English. Developed and identified projects by making feasibility studies to analyze the risks involved in order to assist the board of directors in the decision making process regarding profit margin, overhead, material procurement and financing among others: Amarateca Power Substation in Honduras and Wiwili Hydro-electric Power plant in Nicaragua. Supervised, monitored and controlled ongoing projects: Diesel fueled power plants in La Puerta, San Pedro Sula, and La Ceiba, Honduras (40 MW total) and Utila Power Company (UPCO) diesel fueled plant in Utila in Honduras. Assisted on the strategic alliance process in order to participate as a joint venture and propose with international and local companies like ENRON Guatemala, M&W from Germany, VARTA Colombia, AREVA/ALSTHOM France and Spain and Comercial LAEISZ from Honduras.
