Provide IT and IS Support to administer the DSS environment, including the application software EPSI and its interaction with other technical infrastructures (AMPMF, LAWSON, and Vision). Developed the logical data model and conversion into a Relational database model to interact with PCH Data Warehouse. Ensured system integrity and established monitoring and security protocols. Participated on the implementation of several upgrades and maintenance of the EPSI modules of Costing, Productivity, Product Line Analysis, Contracting, Budget, Security, EMD, Data Loader, Data Studio, Data Manager, and Reporting. Provide analytical information to assist the decision making process on revenue initiatives, cost reduction, and strategic planning.

Hired, trained, and managed one data analyst, one systems analyst, and one contract manager specialist. Developed automated applications to support contract negotiations, new program development, and analysis for network expansion. Implemented new Contract Module (EPSI system) to calculate reimbursement to all Hospital contracts. Designed all Managed Care Information System infrastructures for reporting and analysis.

Developed an enterprise wide approach Information System for the Managed Care Department. Collaborated with Hospital and Physician Revenue Cycle, Accounting, and Decision Support to set annual reimbursement budgets. Developed computer applications to interface the AS-400 system DSM for end-users.
