Sydney Water subject matter expert in flood management (including climate change impacts), waterway health, channel naturalisation and stormwater management. Focused on incrementally making things better for our customers while acknowledging the challenge of constraints and evolving customer expectations.Subject matter expert to the whole of Sydney Water regarding flood planning, particularly with regard to climate change impacts and design parameters for major infrastructure projects. Skilled communicator with internal staff, external stakeholders and customers on flooding and the role of stormwater in shaping the urban landscape. Heavily involved in knowledge sharing and engagement with local government in Sydney so that we work to improve customer outcomes for flood risk and stormwater management.Key role in developing stormwater servicing and asset strategies to address emerging issues, and business cases to ensure timely investment – arising from my 18 years’ experience in stormwater asset management and my detailed knowledge of Sydney Water's stormwater systems from a functional and a customer value perspective.
