As part of the UPS Healthcare Customer Solutions under the Supply Chain Solutions group, as a Solutions Development Manager (SDM), the consulting role includes engaging directly with customers to develop solutions and improve four keys areas of their total supply chain: 1) network optimization (optimizing costs for process flows), 2) engineering assessments (capacity and inventory analysis are warehouses & DCs, productivity assessments of warehouse & field personnel), 3) sustainability work (reducing carbon footprint, optimizing packaging including cold chain) and 4) technology & visibility (end-to-end tracking tools, cloud based reporting and data analytics for managing big data).

David Grattage is the founder of Iberacción Inc. He hails from Madrid, Spain and currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. In 1997, he earned his Master's of Business in International Management and is currently completing his Master's certification in Finance, Investment, and Business Consulting. For the last 15 years, he has volunteered his services to the Hispanic community by teaching English as a second language using his certified techniques of accelerating learning, preparing residents for the naturalization exam, and translating and reviewing contracts and legal documents to insure complete clarity before signing.David has over 20 years experience in the chemical industry and most recently in the transportation and logistic industry with expertise in product design, development, and marketing.
