Headed a team of 4 operating a shared service to 7 clients, we support and upgrade our primary finance system (Integra), support the BACS systems and payments, set users accounts and security controls, and create and maintain our reporting suite (SAP Crystal Reports and others). We are the system DBAs, currently using MS SQL having moved from Oracle SQL in 2015. I am the contract manager for our relationship with the software vendors, and am on the executive committee for the Integra User Group, whose aim is better and closer relationship between vendor and customer. I am the key contact for our shared service clients, finance heads of teams and other department heads for all finance systems business.Oversee a number of interfaces with other systems including the payroll system (Midland iTrent), EPOS and stock systems (Merac and MS Dynamics NAV), expenses and purchasing card system (Inlogik ProMaster), management information/business intelligence systems (Hyperion/Oracle Essbase and Smartview), travel bookings system (TravelPlanet) and grant payment systems (various), many of which I was involved in setting up. Currently creating an interface with our new estates property system (BlueBox)
