Removed cultural barriers and unlocked years of company inertia. Focused resources in developing front line leader’s skills and getting them systems to better address end customers requirements. • In housed 3PL processes to save $4-5MM/year, implemented a second shift to get capacity needed to process the 2x growth in orders within the same location. Stress tested the processes to withstand supply chain fluctuations by negotiating beneficial terms with local companies to allow for operations to expand based on business need.• Reduce Amazon charge backs from $720k to $156k in 2021 but focusing the team on the data. Used standard DMAIC tools to teach process improvements and yield a significant result in a period of months.
