• A dual planner/analyst role
• Segmenting and analysing clients data to inform marketing strategies and communications

• Joined 2003 as the sole data analyst working primarily on O2 Insights (by 2007 the team had grown to 12 full time analysts)
• Liaised with internal colleagues, other marketing agencies and clients direct
• Able to adapt to different styles and processes – from input into strategic marketing plans - to managing market research projects, data acquisition and enhancement initiatives

• First leap in to dat/marketing. Work included: -
• Regular project work including data audits, data analysis, targeting and selections and mapping and list buying
• Trained in segmentation and modelling techniques
• Gained experience in designing and using online questionnaires as a research toolClient facing from briefing stage to project delivery working on variety of clients including Buzz, British Airways, Eurotunnel.
