As a Teacher By Training and Quiz Master by profession, I am a Knowledge Management Consultant, with keen interest in public speaking, Corporate Training and Quiz Consultancy. With over 7 years experience as a Full Time Team Building Facilitator with a focus on cultivating soft skills and inter-personal communication skills, I have worked together with organizations to get on their way to working and achieving their set goals.Additionally, as an Quiz Consultant and Event QMC (Quiz Master Mcee) I have facilitated, attended, conducted and moderated over 500 quiz events and counting over the past 13 years. Events of varied nature ranging from Quiz Nights, Quiz Tournaments, Quiz Team Building et al, whether Physical or ONLINE all with the aim of adding value to the overall body of work of Training. I am a graduate of Kenyatta University with an Education degree in French and English Literature. I have hands-on experience in the service industry, having practically grown up working in a Tours and Travel company. I have been involved in several projects while in University such as Kenya Model United Nations and Debating Society. As a native Swahili speaker, I also train Swahili virtually to students ranging from 10 - 60 years. Professionally, Experiences within the Public Sector and Private Sector have exposed me to various dynamics and the skills on how to navigate through them. I am a long standing member of Toastmasters International - Kenya Chapter and Kenya National Debate Council. My Primary Belief is that the mastery of communication and leadership skills in the current generation can have a profound positive effect in the quality of people’s lives if given top priority.My ultimate goal is to become a change agent in helping individuals discover and develop their communication and leadership skills across Africa as well as have the courage to pursue their respective passions. On a light note, I enjoy the centering feeling of a regular morning run every other day. Trailhiking with friends over the weekend and travelling with a discovery spirit is one of my topmost hobbies. Attending a well curated quiz Night is also a given fact.
