Key Accountabilities• Transformation strategist: I am accountable for identifying the key strategic business drivers of my enterprise portfolio, to understand their corporate values and longer-term goals, provide business and annual budgetary analysis, and to assist in defining the technology roadmap that will provide the greatest alignment with that strategy. • Cx-level trusted advisor: I work directly with Cx leaders to understand their business of today and of tomorrow, to challenge their current approach to communications and respective work functions, and to bring the technology and business sides of the business together to appreciate the implications of decisions being made and the impacts they may have.• Cloud Transformation: I have a long-standing fascination in the adoption and integration of cloud-based solutions, in particular UC, telephony, omni-channel solutions and building automation. In this capacity I am accountable for net new globally delivered cloud-based services. • Strategy & Innovation: I work with the NTT Strategy & Innovation Office in developing new products as part of joint ventures with multiple parties. Most recently, working with a major national Health Provider to develop innovative and revolutionary solutions to a number of key challenges within Aged Care. At a high level, this includes digital workplaces, IoT, BI, ML, application of Design Theory and integration with hospital administration and alerting systems, all managed and orchestrated via the cloud.• Solution Architect Mentoring: I co-mentor the key Solution Architects in the business to develop skills beyond the technical - personal vs company value proposition, presentation skills, understanding vendors and sales strategies, solution selling, win themes, business value canvasses, capability maturity models etc.

As an Enterprise Architect, I sit across the entire portfolio of Dimension Data solutions and services. The role: • Is the trusted advisor to CIOs within the enterprise customer base• provides guidance on how these large organisations can confidently navigate their transition to digital businesses • confers confidence and assurance that the path and roadmap they are considering will deliver both the short and long term benefits they seek• requires an understanding of the context of the technology fabric in order to convey a wholistic view of, and appropriate lens to, each organisation’s challenges, motivation, legacy investment and success criteria The deliberate intent of my role is to function at the Cx level of our transformational enterprise accounts, to understand their businesses, help develop transformational strategies and roadmaps, and then focus the teams that will deliver on that vision.
