Key Accomplishments:Unify Remote Delivery - Led the team in developing and launching an at-home test solution in just 7 weeks. This was a project that normally would have taken 2 years. Key Accomplishments: Stabilized System: When I took over the team, the system was regularly experiencing production outages, with numerous break/fix releases and complaints from the business units. I quickly implemented scope management best practices, improved software development practices, added early functional walk-throughs with key stakeholders, and better issue handling. I also worked with the team to significantly improve release quality, deployment processes and test day readiness. Key Accomplishments: Georgia Registration: The Georgia Project was a custom skinned registration and test delivery implementation for the state of Georgia. This was a very sensitive project that the business wanted to handle delicately. My team and I worked with Georgia IT to build their confidence in ETS's capabilities on early development activities. The Georgia client CIO indicated that he was very impressed with the professionalism displayed by my team in our discovery phase. This resulted in the ETS Georgia business requesting that my team lead all ETS IT interactions with Georgia IT for the duration of the project. The project was a huge success with the Georgia business leadership describing the implementation as "Flawless." ePraxis: The ePraxis project was a major overhaul of the entire order management system in support of the Teacher Licensure testing programs. I managed the development by coordinating the effort across the multiple systems involved. The systems launched successfully, despite significant, late additions of scope and was considered a major success.
